The Role:

Liaising with Renters and Rental Providers
Focusing majorly on building great client relationships
Maintain and minimise rental arrears
Coordinate repair and maintenance request
Negotiate rent reviews and lease renewals
Enter bills & Invoices into the system

Current VIC Agent Representative Certificate is (ESSENTIAL)
