Our client is a highly recognised and well established agency across Australia renowned for delivering unparalleled service to its clients. Their team is growing and they are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join their dynamic team in their Sydney Inner West office and assist with the management of an end-to-end leasing process alongside their property management and new business teams.

The Position
This is a Monday to Saturday role - A rostered day off during the week for Saturday work. Some of the responsibilities include:

End-to-end Leasing
Open home management
Personally servicing and managing new enquires from prospective tenants including attendance of open homes
Assist in posting regular social tiles, positive company messaging on company social media accounts
Conduct a pre vacate inspection of all available rental properties
Work alongside colleagues within the property management department and liaise with Sales Agents
Assist with training and coaching of new staff as instructed
Preparing reports and maintaining database/records
Work towards KPI's and achieve leasing targets

Skills & Experience

1+ years experience as a Leasing Consultant
Negotiation and sales
Highly developed telephone, written & effective verbal communications
Highly efficient and organised
Team player
Self-motivated and driven
High level of organisational skills
Time management and ability to prioritise
Sense of urgency
Current Real Estate Certificate or License
Current Driver’s License
