Our client located in Sydney's Northern Beaches are in need of a Leasing Officer or an Assistant PM with leasing experience. A family orientated business that has a strong commitment to service, community, family and clients.

This is a Full time – Monday to Saturday role with a mid-week RDO.
Reporting to the Senior Property Manager and Head of Property Management, this role coordinates the effective management of the leasing process, including inspections, the offer, negotiation and finalisation of tenancy agreements, while maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining a high level of customer service.

The Role:

Leasing of local residential portfolio
Processing application forms and completing reference checks
Completion of ingoing inspections and liaising with Property Managers
Scheduling and conducting mid-week and Saturday open homes
Preparing leases and lease packs
Managing leasing enquiries via email and phone
Preparing and uploading online ads to various websites and marketplaces
Maintain database
Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
Assist in other areas of the business as required

About you

A current Certificate of Registration & current and valid driver's licence
Live locally on the Northern Beaches
Knowledge of local property market
Minimum of 6-12 months experience in the same or similar role
High level of client service skills to develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Professional attire
Sound computer skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
A great attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to be flexible
