Leasing Consultant in

The Company

Our client is a highly recognised and well established agency across Australia renowned for delivering unparalleled service to its clients. They are looking for a Junior Leasing Consultant to join their dynamic team in their Launceston office and hit the ground running with plenty of support.

With a main focus on leasing, other day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Lease preparation
Process applications
Conduct open for inspections/Routine inspections
Attend to enquiries
General office duties

Requirements:

Must hold a Current Property Representative Licence
Previous Experience in Property Management is preferred, but not essential
Good computer skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Outstanding organisational skills
Attention to detail
Current drivers licence/own car

Salary will depend on the level of experience.
