PROPERTY MANAGER

Our client based in the City's north specialises in the development of properties including medium-density residential, retail and office commercial.

Join a company where family-oriented values flexibility and support is provided. This is an opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Manager or Assistant Commercial Manager to make it their own.
The Role entails:

End-to-end management of a varied portfolio including residential and commercial properties in the north, north east, and inner city of Melbourne
Thriving in a family-oriented business environment with time in lieu for Saturday work, emphasising a healthy work-life balance
Take on a pivotal role, overseeing leasing, rental arrears, and inspections, with support from senior management

Preferred Requirements:

Proven experience in Residential Property Management
Exposure to property management software such as Property Me, IRE, snug for leasing, and Inspection Express
A strong understanding of trust accounting and receipting in a property management setting
Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day responsibilities including leasing, rental arrears, and property inspections
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

MUST HAVE:

Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
Experience in managing a residential portfolio with commercial exposure (preferred)
Strong communication skills & highly organised
