SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER | MONDAY TO FRIDAY | WFH 1 DAY | SALARY TO $95k+Super

Our client is a large agency specialising in Residential Property Management, Sales and Build to Rent and has been successfully operating for 50 years. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager who has extensive experience in managing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients and a continuous high level of service.

AS THE SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER, You will be reporting to the Team Leader and responsible for a portfolio situated across the CBD fringe including Collingwood, Abbotsford, Richmond and surroundings. With strong support from the Leasing team, you will have the opportunity to progress into a Team Leader / Branch Manager.

Management of a portfolio with leasing support

MONDAY TO FRIDAY - No weekends

Salary to $95k+Super

YOU WILL IDEALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING

Min 2-3 years industry experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
An impressive proactive approach
Driver's Licence and your own vehicle essential

PLEASE NOTE: This role REQUIRES A VIC Agents Representative Certificate, Must have Property Management Experience within Australia
