PROPERTY MANAGER | CITY OF HOBSONS BAY

Are you eager to embark on an exciting new career journey in the dynamic realm of real estate and property management? Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Property Manager who is mature, resilient, and solution-oriented to become a valued member of the tight-knit team situated in the Inner West.

As part of the team, you'll work closely with a supportive Head of Department who serves as an exceptional mentor and leader.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing a portfolio of 150 properties, including tasks such as leasing, managing rental arrears, and conducting open for inspections
Establishing effective communication channels with both tenants and landlords
Proficiently utilising property management software such as PropertyTree and Inspection Express

Skills:

Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to dive straight into tasks
Possess an excellent grasp of property management software and related systems
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with good time management

About you:

2-3 years of experience in comprehensive property management is ESSENTIAL
Agents Representative Certificate is ESSENTIAL
Have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
A positive professional, who enjoys working in a team environment
Have a positive and can do working attitude
