Our Fees

Our placement fees are a percentage of the total the annual remuneration package. Our consulting services includes talent search, advertising, pre-screening, interviewing, psychometric testing, reference checking, client interview, salary negotiation, on-board requirements relevant to the business requirements; such as pre-employment medical, police clearance, professional relevant qualifications/memberships and post placement support.

With unexpected staff absence at last minute or a upcoming leave that leaves you in a position where you need a hand or maybe try before you buy. ITR can make the process simple and stress-free and provide you with suitable/qualified temporary staff to cover you through busy periods and reduce staff wages.

Temporary fees are determined on the individual required, relevant experience and timeframe required.

All temporary candidates provide us with the relevant preemployment requirements; police check (under 6 months) and certified qualifications.

Temporary rates are charged on an hourly basis and include all payroll on=boarding costs including all statutory costs such as ;

-Superannuation guarantee contribution (SGC) 9.50%

-Payroll tax

-Workers Compensation

-Professional indemnity insurance
